V-Anchors

V anchors are widely used to pipes, funnels and heat-treat furnaces etc. as anchors for casting and blasting relatively low density refractory materials.
In some cases, V anchors are welded by hand but stable welding results can be gained speedily by stud welding.
Welding posture is basically downward.
No need of Ferrules
Materials are carbon steel or stainless steel.

There are types below as derivative V anchors.

  1. S7X for the low density refractory materials used at 800℃ maximum on surface.
  2. S4X for the medium density refractory materials used at 1000℃ maximum on surface.
  3. VXCD for high density refractory materials changeable to V anchor

YKL

YKLs are widely used to pipes, funnels and heat-treat furnaces etc. as lining for casting and blasting relatively high density refractory materials. This Y type welding anchor stud has strong holding force. Weld diameters are 8~12mm. You can weld them in all postures. Materials are stainless.

YTL

YTLs are widely used to pipes, funnels and heat-treat furnaces etc. as lining for casting and blasting relatively high density refractory materials. This is anchor stud, consisting of bar shape stud welded with V anchor, which has strong holding force as well as YKL. Weld diameters are 8~12mm. You can weld them in all postures. Materials are stainless.

RYL

RYLs are widely used to pipes, funnels and heat-treat furnaces etc. as lining for casting and blasting relatively high density refractory materials. This is cut in axis direction to V shape after pressing bar stud. This is cheaper compared with welded anchor. This has strong holding force as well as YTL and YKL. Weld diameters are 8~12mm. You can weld them in all postures. Materials are stainless.
