Pile Head Joint
As connecting method for existing concrete pile and foundation slab, conventionally after arrangement of reinforcement cage into inside pipe, infilling concrete method was mainly used, but improvement of endurance of connecting part and workability of construction is thought to be necessary.
Then we developed Pile Stud Method, pile head joint technique, by which design and construction work can be done making maximum use of pile function, and furthermore construction waste and man hour can be extremely reduced.

Pile Stud Method is a stud welding method by which Pile Stud Deformed Bar (KSW490) can be welded to Pile Head Steel Plate as joint bar.
