Honored with 2024 Technology Development Award from TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION

We are honored to have received the“2024 Technology Development Award” from TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION in recognition of the ‘New Stud Gun to Prevet Stud Feeding Defects’, developed in collaboration with TOYOTA MOTOR KYUSHU, INC.

Previously, our feeding method used a feed tube to deliver studs directly from the feeder to the welding gun mounted at the tip of the robot.

This new stud gun incorporates an in-process station that supplies studs to a stocker positioned next to the welding gun, where they are stored and replenished. This tubeless design has been highly recognized as a technology that prevents equipment stoppages and significantly reduces welding time.
