Monolithic refractory stud V anchors are widely used to pipes, funnels and heat-treat furnaces etc. as anchors for casting and blasting relatively low density refractory materials.
In some cases, V anchors are welded by hand but stable welding results can be gained speedily by stud welding.
Welding posture is basically downward.
No need of Ferrules
Materials are carbon steel or stainless steel.
